The system consists of a frontline investigation app, a regulatory app, a leadership app, and a WeChat server. It includes all functional modules including system management, permission configuration, collection business management, collection file management, data analysis and warning, GIS map application, and risk point monitoring management. It realizes the entire process from collection plan, application to project completion through the system for process review and control, and generates documents and reports. Avoiding the problem of data lag and arbitrariness in manual progress statistics, improving query timeliness, implementing electronic information management of archives for collection projects, and ultimately forming a complete collection archive database.
